英語は必須。
先日、非常に大切な会議がありました。
その前からいろいろと続けているプロジェクト、と言えばいいかな。
とにかく、英語で行われる会議についていくのでいっぱいいっぱい。
書類やメールも英語が中心です。
ドイツ語はなんとかなりますが、英語となると理解するので必死です。
喋れと言われると、これはもう大問題ですよ。
でもね、オレも海外で戦っている国際人の端くれです。
英語もまともに喋れなかったら恥ずかしいですよね。
コミュニケーション能力には長けていると思いますが、そのツールである英語があまりにもつたないと、やはりコミュニケーションにも支障をきたしますからね。
英語の必要性は昔から気づいているし、やらなくちゃと思っているのに、やはりちゃんとやれていない。
ああ、情けない、口だけの男。
それが一番かっこ悪くて、一番なりたくない姿。
人間なかなか必要に迫られないと出来ないのは分かります。
ということで、今回は自分の出来なさを痛感し、必要性をとっても感じた機会でした。
とりあえず、まずは中学英語をしっかりと復習しよう。
きっと今のオレの英語レベルは中学2年生くらいでしょうからね。
とにもかくにもそこからです。
ちなみに大学時代、オレたちには卒業するまでに受からなくてはならない英語検定試験がありました。
一般入試で入ったにも関わらず、最後の最後まで残っていたおバカちゃんのオレ。
推薦入試で入って、まんまと落ち続けて最後まで残っていた信太郎。
そんなオレたちが今、世界で戦っている。
人生分からないもんですな。
と、強引に信太郎の話題へ話をワープさせましたがｗ
いよいよイケシオは明日、予選突破をかけて第4シードのデンマークペアと対戦。
かなり厳しい戦いになるとは言っていました。
しかしチャンスがないわけでもないと言っていました。
つまり、勝てるということです。
さあ、みんなで応援しましょう。
2人のゴールは明日じゃない。
ドイツより元気を送ります！！！
